Formed in 2004, Adelante’s vision is to foster and promote the company’s DEI vision through PRG strategic alignment, leadership excellence and member empowerment for Hispanic/Latiné employees and their supporters.
Adelante’s mission is to deliver programming that builds leadership competencies and increases opportunities for personal, professional, company and community success. To achieve this mission Adelante aims to inspire and welcome leaders of all backgrounds, ensure employees feel motivated and fulfilled, expand market reach, and create a performance culture fueled by inclusion, leadership and excellence.
Partners with Community Business to host our Cultural Acumen series: Asia-Pacific country overviews discussing local market trends, cultural dynamics, and best ways to build inclusion in the workplace.
Founded in 2007, APEX delivers programming that drives awareness of Asian cultures, and helps build leadership competencies by increasing opportunities for personal, professional, corporate, and community success for Pan-Asian employees and their supporters across our global workplace. Since its inception, APEX has played an increasing role in attracting and developing Asian talent to S&P Global as the company’s physical presence in the Asia-Pacific region has grown.
Through workshops, senior leader speaker series, and training sessions that expose our employees to experts in business success in Asia-Pacific, APEX is known for delivering high quality content that deepens market understanding and cultural agility and appreciation. With active chapters spanning the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific, APEX continues to increase its global presence across the Company. APEX’s partnerships with organizations such as Ascend (a Pan-Asian Leadership Organization) is just one example of the commitment to the vital and growing Asian talent segment.
Offers the Breakfast with BOLD and Leader of Color series, designed to provide members with access to the firm’s leadership team to help create a platform for networking, sharing of knowledge and the creation of opportunities.
Formed in 2006, BOLD was designed to build leadership competencies and increase opportunities for Black employees, their supporters, allies, and advocates. Focused on attracting, retaining, and promoting Black employees provides valuable development opportunities for personal and professional achievement. BOLD’s programming allows members to build critical business and leadership skills as well as gain exposure to senior executives. With events such as the “Leader of Color Series” and “Breakfast with BOLD”, BOLD attracts our most senior leaders to provide forums for members to openly discuss topics critical to Black employees’ success.
Additionally, BOLD has created a Peer Development Circle to allow members to share knowledge, networking opportunities and career advice with others. BOLD has longstanding partnerships with the Council of Urban Professionals (CUP), the National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA), UK Black British Business Week and the Black British Business Awards. We also partner with our other People Resource Groups in activities to support the intersectionality of our people globally.

Formed in 2019 Empower is a multicultural community that promotes cross-cultural understanding, fosters inclusivity, and inspires positive change. Through advocacy, representation, and cultural appreciation, Empower strives to amplify the S&P Global values that promote personal and professional growth.
Empower believes in the power of leveraging cultural intelligence through transformative conversation to drive diverse representation, accelerate career progression, and foster innovation for long-term success and sustainability.
Features the Connections Program, which pairs working parents at S&P Global with each other for sharing of advice, experiences and lessons learned from being a parent while managing a successful career.
Founded in 2015, ParentsNet delivers programming that builds leadership competencies and increases opportunities for personal, professional, company and community success and impact for career-minded parents, caregivers, and their supporters. Working closely with S&P Global’s Total Rewards team to offer a rich portfolio of family-friendly resources, benefits, and policies, ParentsNet serves as a powerful voice at the company to influence change that positively impacts thousands of employees.
Through informal mentoring, extensive workshops, and speaker series with noted experts in parenting or caregiving ParentsNet is an essential ally for employees through all child or elder life cycles.
With multiple active chapters around the world, ParentsNet continues to increase its global presence across the Company and represent all parents, caregivers, and their allies.
Pride’s presence is amplified by strong partnerships with external organizations including Open Finance, Out & Equal, Pink Dot, and Stonewall UK.
Founded in 2005, Pride delivers programming that builds leadership competencies and increases opportunities for personal, professional, company, and community success and impact for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) employees and their allies. Pride is dedicated to creating an inclusive and supportive work environment where LGBTQ+ employees are encouraged to bring their whole selves to the workplace.
As a sign of this commitment, Pride launched the S&P Global Global Ally Program in 2017. The program encourages allies to visibly support LGBTQ+ colleagues in the workplace and helps to create an environment where they can expand their opportunities to form authentic work relationships. With numerous active chapters around the world, Pride continues to increase its global presence across the Company. This presence is amplified by strong partnerships with external organizations including Open Finance, Out & Equal, Pink Dot, and Stonewall UK.
Partners with organizations such as YAI, National Organization on Disability (NOD), and Disability:IN to share best practices around inclusion.
Founded in 2007, Reach aims to increase opportunities for personal, professional, and community success for employees affected by disabilities or health condition(s) whilst striving for awareness, acceptance, and inclusion. Reach is dedicated to advocating for and creating an inclusive environment where all colleagues can be their authentic selves and achieve their career potential.
Reach is focused on PRG strategic alignment, leadership excellence and member empowerment of those impacted by disabilities and health conditions, and their supporters. Reach raises awareness on various disabilities and health issues by hosting speakers (internal and external), providing resources through insightful and informative internal blogposts, as well as producing a video series called “Reaching Out” to share our people’s personal stories. Reach also recently conceptualized and helped launch a program for interns and new joiners with disabilities and provides many opportunities to volunteer to promote engagement and impact.
The numerous chapters around the world show that Reach’s presence is global and ever-growing. Reach remains committed to forming and nurturing partnerships internal and external to the S&P Global organization.
Partners with American Corporate Partners (ACP) to host an event for military service members on transitioning their careers from the military to the corporate world.
The VALOR People Resource Group (PRG) was formed in 2014 to give S&P Global military members and their families a way to meaningfully connect. The VALOR values include service to others before self, diversity of thought, skills, and backgrounds, and teamwork without boundaries. Today, VALOR has chapters around the world, including the United States, UK, Singapore, India, and Pakistan.
VALOR leverages the unique experiences, knowledge, and skills of employees who served in a military organization to build diverse and effective networks among themselves and their allies.
VALOR programming provides employees with opportunities to develop, connect, and engage with one another to improve leadership skills and practice service to others. They continually host interactive professional development talks with industry leaders from across the world, including former international military service members. VALOR also has a close relationship with American Corporate Partners, through which S&P Global has been able to assist over 100 veterans in their shift from active military service.

Founded in 2004, WINS connects women and allies across S&P Global to ensure gender diversity, promote inclusivity, and advocate for an equitable world. WINS' programming promotes personal and professional development, creates access to career mobility and leadership opportunities, and drives awareness of pertinent women’s issues.
Under its "global strategy, local implementation" approach, WINS operates under one mission, strategic pillars, and key targets, through numerous regional chapters. This enables the network to capture diverse representation at all levels of the organization, stay relevant while pioneering alternative ideas and solutions, and provide enterprise leaders with inclusive feedback on workplace culture and career opportunities. The network also organizes philanthropic, activist, and charitable efforts in the community.
WINS also includes WiT (Women in Technology), an industry resource group within S&P Global, that amplifies WINS' impact through a focus on technology and innovation. Overall WINS provides a safe space for women to embrace fresh perspectives, draw inspiration from collaboration, and promote the advancement of professional women at S&P Global and in our communities.
